We do stuff differently here at MrNixie. I am not happy until you are happy. If you have bought a nixie clock in kit form, in the unlikely event that you hit a build problem I am only an email away. I believe that what you are buying is much more than just a bag of bits. I will support you before, during and after your purchase (whether you choose a kit or assembled product).

I guarantee my kits to be complete and free from component defects for a period of 90 days. I guarantee assembled products against faulty materials or workmanship for a period of six months.
